You may also transfer active prescriptions from another pharmacy to FlexiCare. Note that we reserve the right to decline service in cases of incomplete information or non-compliance with legal requirements.

6. Fees and Payments

   •       There are no hidden fees. You will only be charged for medications, and shipping (if applicable).

   •       Payment methods include debit/credit cards, bank transfers, or other specified options during checkout.

   •       Please review all charges carefully before completing your transaction.

7. Shipping and Delivery

   •       Medications are shipped securely and discreetly to your chosen address.

   •       Delivery timelines depend on your location. While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.

   •       In cases of incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages, additional charges may apply.

8. Refunds and Returns

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of medications once dispensed. However, if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
